Taking part in any event organised by Red Barn Creative means you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions
We are looking for a balance of disciplines and require each stall to be operated by the designer/maker or artist of the art/craft being sold. The main criteria are locally made and hand made. Please do not offer for sale anything bought in or simply assembled from basic bought in components – there must be a strong element of design by the producer.
This is to keep to a format that appeals to the customers, and will most likely result in the variety that will allow your products to stand out.
Risk Assessment: You are expected to take reasonable care when setting up and breaking down your own marquee/tables/stock; check the area regularly throughout the day for hazards, especially trip hazards, for your own safety, the customers’ safety and that of other stallholders.
Cancellations: Should you cancel your booking 60 days prior to the event, the full pitch fee will be refunded or the request for payment cancelled; thereafter no refund can be made or monies will become immediately due unless the event is for any reason cancelled
All traders must have their own public liability insurance, any licenses required for their product, and be legally responsible for any sales they make. All traders agree to indemnify Red Barn Creative and Vivacity Culture and Leisure against any and all claims. Any returns or legal issues that a member of the public may make on goods sold, or their use, is the responsibility of the said trader, not Vivacity Culture and Leisure, or Red Barn Creative.
Neither Red Barn Creative nor Vivacity can guarantee sales or footfall – bookings and commercial success are at the risk of the trader.
